A deposit is required at the time of booking an appointment. This deposit is used towards the total cost of the service provided. Deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are transferable to another date if transferred 72 hours in advance of the currently scheduled appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations made to your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling. Only one reschedule is available without any cancelation fee $$$ and needs to be done within 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. A no-show fee, equivalent to 25% of the procedure price, will be automatically charged by our booking system for missed appointments or cancelation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
